About Scott & Kareen:

Scott Blumsack

Scott is the SVP, Global Head of Strategy at Monster Worldwide, a leading provider of online recruitment solutions. Scott joined Monster in 2017 following the acquisition of Monster by Randstad, the global staffing and HR services firm. At Monster, Scott drives the definition, prioritization and execution of key organic, partnership and inorganic strategic initiatives.

Prior to Monster, Scott was most recently at Oliver Wyman where he advised corporate and private equity clients on growth strategy & acquisition due diligence across media, data / information services and consumer industries.

Scott earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from New York University.

Kareen Emery

Kareen is the VP, Employer Branding at The Foundry by Monster. Kareen worked with multiple organizations as advisor, director and HR consultant before joining Monster and The Foundry. Since 2006, Kareen has managed our Professional and Consulting Services, growing the Foundry in Canada, USA and Europe.

Her expertise, in both Marketing and HR, makes her the engine running our employer branding agency, where she ensures that the experiences we create are unique and relevant, that our clients become long-term partners and that we are always questioning ourselves so we stay two steps ahead.
